Refunds and Returns
Thank you for your purchase!
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email to: amorinfinitobrilla@gmail.com
Exempt Items
The following goods are exempt from refunds:
- Items classified as intimate clothing, such as: Swimwear or Hats.
Once the return is received and inspected, We will send an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you still haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Shipment
- Please, the product must be sent to the following address (Enric Valor 2, esc 2, 7A – 03540 Alicante – Spain).
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
- Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to arrive may vary.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
